They needed to find a solution that provided security against rising rates while also offering enough leverage for them to get equity out of their portfolio to be able to scale their business.
So, they began to search for a lender with the right structure of rental portfolio loan to fit their strategy as rates increased.
The Solution
Lima One’s rental portfolio loans offer a variety of structure options, and this investor chose a 5-year
interest-only loan with 25-year amortization. This gives the investor the lowest possible monthly payment while rates are high, allowing them to wait out the high rates while getting equity and cash flow now.
