If you’re looking to pursue a buy and hold investing strategy then the Rental30 is a great program to use to build your rental portfolio.  The Rental30 is a 30-year, fixed-rate, fully amortized loan program for the purchase or refinance of a single rental property or an entire portfolio of properties.  Our Rental 2+1 is also great for investors who are looking for a way to bridge the gap between short and long term financing.

The Multifamily program is designed for real estate investors who are looking to purchase or refinance a property that is 5 or more units in need of value-add rehab or is currently stabilized.
