Top Hard Money Programs

Our suite of loan programs includes Fix-and-Flip, Rental, and Multifamily financing and they are available to investors throughout Delaware.  The Fix-N-Flip is designed for the purchase and renovation of a single-family investment property that will be resold once the renovations have been completed.  The Rental30 is a 30-year, fixed-rate, fully amortized loan for the purchase or refinance of a single rental property or an entire portfolio of rental properties.  The Rental30 also offers a 5/1 ARM where the rate is fixed for the first five years and then floats based on the monthly LIBOR for the remainder of the term.  The Rental 2+1 is designed for investors who are looking to bridge the cap between short and long term financing.

The Multifamily program is designed for investors looking to purchase or refinance properties with 5+ units that are stabilized or in need of value-add rehab.

We also offer New Construction, Construction, and Cash-Out programs that can be used by investors to fit the needs of their project.
