Submit Your Files

Upon pre-approval, you will be provided with a checklist of all documentation that will need to be collected prior to closing.

STEP 3

Inspection and Appraisal

Property inspection, environmental inspection, and appraisal are completed.  You’re clear to close.

Closing

Your project is funded!

Multifamily Checklist

Tax Returns
Most recent 2 year’s tax return
Bank Statements
Proof of assets to show required down payment amount and reserves requirements
Entity Information
All documentation associated with your business entity (LLC/Corp/LP)
Photo ID
A copy of your photo ID
Property Documentation
All documentation associated with the property such as purchase agreement, rent roll, operating statements, etc.
