After submitting your application you will be taken to the online client portal. In the portal you can easily upload your documents, all in one place.

STEP 3

Inspection and Appraisal

Property appraisal is completed. You’re clear to close.

Closing

Bank Statements
Proof of assets to show required down payment amount
Entity Information
All documentation associated with your business entity (LLC/Corp/LP)
Photo ID
A copy of your photo ID
