Investor Focused Fix-and-Flip, Rental, and Multifamily Financing

Below you will find information about our three real estate investor loan programs. Our FixNFlip program is designed to provide financing for the purchase and renovation of investment properties that is intended to be resold within a 13 month period. Our Rental30 is designed for the purchase or refinance of a single property or a portfolio of buy and hold properties and is a 30 year, fully amortized, loan product with both a fixed-rate and 5/1 ARM for the investor looking for a long term source of monthly cash-flowing income.  The Rental 2+1 is designed to bridge the gap between short and long-term financing.  For multifamily properties that are five or more units the Multifamily program is perfect for the purchase or refinance of stabilized properties or properties in need of value-add rehab.

In addition to both the fix-and-flip, rental, and multifamily programs we also offer investors the option to obtain a Construction or Cash-Out  loan across our entire lending area including New Mexico.  All of our loan products are tailored to fit the needs of the investor and to help them be as successful as possible with their investment strategies.
