We offer unique loan programs that are designed to fit the needs of real estate investors.  Our FixNFlip works for investors looking to purchase and rehab an investment property and resell, or “flip”, the property for a profit within 13 months.  With our FixNFlip product, borrower experience determines the rate based off the number of completed flips within the last 24 months, even deals that weren’t financed by Lima One Capital!  The Rental30 is tailored to the long-term buy-and-hold investor.  Investors can use our Rental30 loan to either purchase or refinance a single rental property or an entire rental property portfolio.  The Rental 2+1 is designed for investors who are looking to bridge the gap between short and long-term financing.  Our Multifamily product is perfect for investors who are looking to purchase or refinance properties that are 5 or more units and are currently stabilized or in need of value-add rehab.  We also offer Construction and Cash-Out programs across our entire lending area.
