History of Lima One
From our start in 2011, Lima One has focused on empowering real estate investors to improve properties, neighborhoods, and communities. And since our company was founded by two US Marine Corps veterans, we proudly approach every deal and decision with the grit, determination, boldness, and integrity that have been hallmarks of the Marine Corps through the years.

When we set out to be industry-leading private lenders for real estate investments with in-house sales consultants, underwriting, appraisal management, servicing, and construction draws, we knew it was more than a little ambitious. But thanks to our team of experts, we’ve set the standard for private lending excellence, serving thousands of clients across 46 states, closing over 29,000 loans, and creating more than $10 billion in fundings to real estate investors. And we’re just getting started!
