If an investor is looking to bridge the gap between short and long-term financing then the Rental 2+1 is a great option.  Our Multifamily property is perfect for investors who want to purchase or refinance a property that is currently stabilized or in need of value-add rehab.  We also offer investors Construction and Cash-Out loan programs.
