Darrel Williams

Darrel Williams is the Chief Information Officer at Lima One Capital, where he leads the software engineering, data science, data engineering, and IT operations teams. His leadership focuses on creating a premier digital experience for both customers and employees, driving innovation and providing a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Darrel is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in leading development, IT, DevOps, data, product, architecture and QA operations for enterprise software in diverse industries. His expertise lies in delivering high-quality software solutions using efficient architecture and cloud-based technologies, positioning companies for sustained growth and market leadership. He is a major proponent of data-driven engineering, marketing, and operations practices to meet business objectives.

Before joining Lima One, Darrel was Chief Technology Officer at a software product company, playing a key role in its successful acquisition. He has also held engineering and software development leadership roles across multiple companies and agencies. Arguably his favorite experience was serving as head of the national rankings department for the U.S. Ski Team, leading the design and build of their national rankings system.
