Dave Hughes is Lima One’s Senior Director of Core Servicing. He leads the team that services Lima One’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of loans.
Hughes has over 20 years of experience in loan servicing, specializing in leadership roles that enhance operational performance and customer experience. He most recently spent 12 years as a servicing leader at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, eventually assuming the role of EVP of servicing operations and overseeing portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
Hughes’ ability to drive strategic initiatives and streamline servicing operations has earned him a reputation as a servicing industry leader. He is passionate about leadership development and delivering exceptional service to clients.
He is a graduate of the University of Missouri at St. Louis and is an Accredited Mortgage Professional.
