Jeff Harnish
Director of Valuations
Jeff Harnish serves as Lima One’s Director of Valuations. In this role, he coordinates all appraisal activities at Lima One to manage risk while providing lending solutions to customers.
Since 2009, Jeff has helped teams develop valuation products and processes that reduce costs, enhance transparency, and improve customer experience. Under his leadership, teams have created state-of-the-art valuation platforms that benefit lenders, borrowers, and appraisers.
He is also a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of real estate experience. Jeff joined Lima One in 2025.
