Mike Cantrell
Director of Information Technology
Michael Cantrell serves as Lima One’s Director of Information Technology. He oversees the organization's technological infrastructure, operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives, ensuring the highest level of excellence for employees and customers. His focus is on driving digital transformations of legacy systems and processes to align with company goals and industry standards.
Mike joined Lima One in 2022 as Information Technology Operations Manager and was promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2025. With 20 years of experience leading IT and network security teams in both governmental and private sectors, he has a strong foundation in security. Mike is notable for his passion for processes and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency is balanced with security. He has been a critical part of transforming Lima One’s IT Operations team, growing it from a small group to an enterprise-level department focused on business operations, compliance, and security.
Mike earned a B.S. in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University and an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Ohio University. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Sergeant and Artillery Forward Observer with combat tours in Iraq and Bosnia.
