Victoria Herron

Victoria Herron joined Lima One Capital in September of 2022 as Manager of Human Resources Operations. Victoria’s vast Benefit, Payroll, Compensation, and Compliance knowledge allowed her to step into the Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations role in 2023. Victoria has held a critical part in shaping and implementing human resources strategies to drive organizational success. As Director of Human Resources, Victoria is able to foster a positive work culture, develop leadership within the organization, and ensure associates are motived and equipped to contribute to Lima One’s accomplishments.

Mrs. Herron is a graduate of the University of South Carolina – Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus on Corporate Finance and Insurance and Risk Management. In prior roles, Victoria has served as part of Human Resources in the Operations functions as well as PEOs focusing in Benefits and HR. She also has over 16 years in Benefit design and management experience.
