We offer a wide variety of programs to fit the many needs of investors.  The FixNFlip is our short-term loan product intended for the purchase and rehab of an investment property that will be resold within a 13-month period.  Investors can receive rates as low as 7.99% based off of their flipping experience by the number of completed flips within the last 12-24 months, even deals not financed by Lima One Capital.  The Rental30 is the long-term rental product that is perfect for investors looking to purchase or refinance a single property or a portfolio of investment properties.  The Rental 2+1 is for investors who are looking to bridge the gap between short and long-term financing.  Our Multifamily program offers investor’s competitive rates for the purchase or refinance of properties in need of value-add rehab or properties that are currently stabilized.  Investors will also have access to our Construction and Cash-Out programs throughout our entire lending area, including Wisconsin.
